July 15 (Bloomberg) -- Alan Landau, chief executive officer at Novel Asset Management, talks about investing in diamonds. Diamond prices jumped 26 percent in the first six months as rough gem production failed to match surging demand from jewelry buyers in the swelling middle classes of China and India.
